White is the new black at NY Fashion Week


It's that time of year again, it's the NY Fashion Week! Looks like white is back again with the Alexander Wang Sring 2011 collection that was modeled yesterday!

Doo.Ri Vision But Not Sound



New York - One of the more acclaimed young designers on the New York calendar is Doo.Ri, a singular voice whose skills in draping and sense of modern ladylike attire has attracted something of a following, as the composition of the audience at her latest show, staged Friday, Sept. 10, in Chelsea, indicated.

New York - Though the finalists of Lifetime's "Project Runway 8" are still a secret - the show is only six episodes into the season, well before the final runway challenge episode revealing the top three designers will air - the judge for that episode is no longer a secret. It will be Jessica Simpson.

A late-summer sunset with vibrant purple, red and blue gowns dominated the horizon at the 62nd Emmy Awards in Los Angeles. One-shoulder silhouettes, updos and bold jewelry also were big trends.
